Who we are

Chennai Smiles

ChennaiSmiles is a non-profit based in Hindås, Sweden. Founded in 2005, it was inspired by a community of children living in a slum area in Chennai, India. Our ambition is, through collaborative means, to contribute to educational opportunities for children living in poverty and slum areas in Chennai. Over the years, changes in circumstances and opportunities have altered our focus of activities and our main purpose currently is fund-raising to support our partner organisation, BSAC, located in north Chennai. Our work is completely voluntary and all contributions go 100% to the project.
