ChennaiSmiles committee members Ing-Marie, Staffan, Clare and Alice, visited Chennai. The purpose of the visit was three-fold. They met with Shanmugam and his team at BSAC and also visited several of their projects both urban and rural. They also caught up with several of the children in Icehouse who had over the years attended the first ChennaiSmiles centre. Finally they visited the Aid India team to hear about their new strategy of working, and also to see the centre which ChennaiSmiles used to support.
